1) Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
2) Eligibility
Items must be in like-new condition, free from damage, stains, or excessive wear. We understand you may need to assemble and briefly test your stool to ensure it meets your needs—light evaluation use is acceptable.
- Items showing signs of extended/commercial use, modifications, or damage may incur a restocking fee of up to 20% or may be ineligible for return.
- All original parts, tools, hardware, and packaging must be included.
3) Return Shipping
Due to the size and weight of our stools (65–100 kg), return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend a trackable, insured freight service for returns.
4) Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Include your order number, photos of the issue, and packaging.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement part, exchange, or refund.
5) Return Process (Authorization Required)
Before sending anything back, contact us at Support@stoolic.com to obtain return authorization and instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.
6) Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you the status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If a restocking fee or deduction applies (e.g., missing parts, excessive wear), it will be clearly stated in the confirmation email.
7) Non-Returnable Items
- Items with visible signs of prolonged use, modification, or damage.
- Custom or special-order items (unless defective).
